How To Create Project (Step by Step)

Project is being managed under 'Project Admin' Page.

Please navigate to 'Project Admin' using available Modules.

1) Click on 'New' button. There will be a pop up dialog to confirm the creation.

Click OK to confirm of Project Creation

Soon the confirmation is being made, a new project will appear with a blank data. Simply follow by input the necessary data as follow.

2) Select client of the project, by click on 'Select' button. A new window will be opened, presenting the list of all available customer in the database. Simply select the customer by click on 'Select' button.

3) Select notify of the project.

4) Make some modification on Project Details: i.e. Project Number, Project Date, etc.

5) Start by input the 'Building Zone', as the base for any product arrangement. Click on '+' button from Building Zone portal. A new pop up window will appear to present 'Building Zone To Select'

Simply click '+' button on appropriate building zone to select

6) Input Room Type by select from related room available based on active Building Zone

7) Input Room Name
8) Budget To Display, to be focus on the working area per category. More detail is here.
